Booking details, such as your stay dates, number of guests, and any special requests.
Payment information necessary to process a deposit or booking payment. Card and payment details are entered directly into our payment processor, Paystack, through our booking system and are never received or stored by De Bosch Villas.
Usage data collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site.

We use the personal information we collect to:

Process and confirm your bookings and respond to your enquiries.
Communicate with you about your stay, including check-in details and property policies.

The booking calendar on our website is provided by Inn Style and may set its own cookies needed to check availability and complete a booking. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the website may not function properly if you do so.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to provide our Service, with:

Inn Style, our online booking and property management system. When you book through the calendar on our website, your name, contact details and booking details are collected and stored by Inn Style on our behalf.
Paystack, our payment processor, which processes card and EFT payments for bookings made on our website.
Booking.com and Airbnb, where we synchronise availability with these platforms. If you book through one of them, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to the information you give it.
Other trusted service providers who assist us with website hosting, email, or booking administration, and who are bound to keep your information confidential.
Public authorities, where required to do so by South African law.
A successor entity, in the event of a sale or transfer of the De Bosch Villas business.

Some of these providers, including Inn Style, store or process information outside South Africa. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we rely on providers that are subject to laws, binding agreements or policies that offer a level of protection substantially similar to POPIA, as required by section 72 of POPIA.
